Coastal Comfortable Home 3 Blocks From Campus

Set in quiet, historic Urbana, only 3 blocks from the University of Illinois campus is a great place to relax and spend time with family. Old charm meets costal casual with family dining and backyard relaxing. House is a work in progress, but the amenities are wonderful with soft, white linens, smart TVs (living room 55" and 1st bedroom 32") and local channels (2nd bedroom 32"). Couch surfers welcome (full CordaRoy bed). Owners' college-student son lives in upstairs apt with a back entrance.

Our Home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in west Urbana just minutes away from U of I campus/stadium, State Farm Center, and hospitals; as well as golf course/driving range, restaurants, and shopping. This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay. There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.
