Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

We were in the area because of the WEC race in Imola, which was easily accessible from the apartment via the country road. A good bypass leads past Forli. Great were the flixible check-in and check-out via the key box. I was particularly pleased about the coffee maker and the tabs on site. The area is quiet any time of the day. If we are in Imola again, I will be happy to come back.

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.

We had a great vacation in this apartment. The modern and functional decor, combined with impeccable cleanliness, made us feel right at home. The location is strategic: the sea is just a few steps away and restaurants, shops and everything you need are easily found. The owner was very welcoming and gave us great tips on places to visit. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

The stay "Casa Elisa" was better than we expected. It is a large house with even a basement with sauna. The pool in the garden (with outdoor shower and toilet) and the house itself were sparkling clean. There was no dust or cobweb to be discovered (not even behind a closet that we moved to be able to reach an outlet). The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the surroundings were fantastic. You are so in towns such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and there is also a large lake nearby where we rented a boat for a day (recommended). In short, we can recommend everyone to book with Lorenzo. The communication with Lorenzo was also excellent, easy to reach via app and speaks good English. His father comes to check and clean the pool every day and his mother's day baked a delicious cake very sweetly.

Rossella was extremely helpful and kind. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and equipped with every amenity. My family and I had a great time, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place just outside of the heart of perugia, we really enjoyed our downtime here it was peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed. The washing machines and dryer was a big tick for us aside from this it had everything we needed and the check in was flexible highly recommend!!

I stayed at this property during the market period, excellent proximity to them and the various squares, The property seems like home, the kitchen is lovely and special, super clean bathrooms, everything as described, spacious and comfortable bedroom, it was very nice to find the house on two floors, even the comfort area that divides the stairs from the upper part is well placed and beautiful, large master bathroom upstairs and the staircase next to the sink has its charm. Super convenient for the markets, downtown area and to visit various churches. If you are in Arezzo you have to stay here! Super helpful host and always present, it is enchanting.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

10 out of 10 on every measure in this beautifully done modern apartment. Giacomo is a lovely young man who was kind enough to offer to pick us up and return us to the train station which was greatly appreciated. He was very quick to answer any questions and kindly provided a fan at very short notice. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want if you are going to do some of your own meals. Lovely bathroom great shower and excellent living space. So close to walk a few minutes to the wonderful restaurants, cafe and major sights of Perugia. Ultra quiet inside never heard any noise. Best place to stay in Perugia! Thank you Giacomo

Oscar was very kind in giving directions to get to the place and extremely helpful. The apartment is clean, well organized and really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also appreciated!

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.
