Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ureki Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Fine apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lot of space. Outstanding mountain view. Recommended!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

It is as described and same as the pictures. I recommend it! Piotr was very helpful and responsive, he solved some issues we had in a short period of time. The kitchen is very small though, so maybe not the best option if you are planning to cook everyday, the fridge is very small too and the amenities provided are not the best, is pretty basic but it works just fine and it is enough if you stay for a few days or if you are planning to eat outside. There isn’t any cleaning equipment provided neither soaps or toilet paper which it is in the description. Besides that, everything else is as described, comfortable place to stay for a few days. The location is good. I recommend it.

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

Everything was great, we had a great time. The apartment is perfect, the hosts are very welcoming. Some small things: there is no microwave. The parking is small, therefore it might be already full by the evening, but this is a problem for most places in Batumi.

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

An apartment that corresponds to its price, comfortable for short stays. A separate bonus is the magnificent view and convenient location

The building is located in the center of Batumi's promenade - you can walk 5Km in each direction. The apartment is designed like a boutique hotel. All amenities are there and working. The rooms are beautiful, from the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling through the gorgeous wallpapers and down to the tiles on the floor. Although misfortune had a lightning strike the building just before we checked-in and kill both elevators - we had a great time. Vaja is such a true Georgian gentleman - he offered to carry our heaviest suitcase for us, all 13 floors up (I refused, of course... but he did repeatedly offer to...). My mother-in-law was celebrating her 70th birthday and Vaja even took it upon himself to leave her a surprise birthday present. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and I must commend Vaja on truly being a "super host"!

My recommendation! The apartment is beautiful and cozy and there was all that was necessary. It's really near the old city and the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby too. Sophia answered quickly for all the questions. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you very much. I hope I'll come back. 

Nice apartment in the center of Batumi, near a park, 15 minutes to the sea and Batumi attractions. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby, on the ground floor of the house there is cooking. Separately, I want to note the super comfortable mattress for sleeping! And also how quickly hosts respond to messages and resolve any issues that arise.

It was a great stay - do not even think abt it and just book! Ia is a super responsive and helpful host. We had an issue with our car and she supported us immediately, getting in touch with relevant parties on our behalf to solve the problem ❣️ On top, flat is super clean, has everything you would need and location is walking distance to all places to visit. One note though, parking lot is not always available so make sure you contact Ia ahead so she can try to save you a place - otherwise you might need to search a bit for street parking.

We lived for a month. Great apartment with everything (dishes, linens) for long stays, I didn't have to buy anything. Three rooms are isolated from each other, convenient if there are children or need to hold meetings via video. 10 out of 10 The area is a great huge shopping center with shops and restaurants, a promenade, a cafe with amazing food or a dining room for those who like it more economically;) and all this is literally 3 minutes from the entrance, despite the fact that the area itself is surrounded by three noisy streets, the courtyard itself is quiet and peaceful. 10 out of 10 The host is always available to help himself or his wonderful family. On the day of our departure, our train was canceled due to the snowstorm, the host came into our position and offered to live another 1 day for free, which is very touching and not often you will meet. If I am in Batumi again and the apartment is available, I will be happy to stay again:D

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

Good apartment at the sea-side.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

The apartment is excellent, clean, with great view from the balcony, with all facilities included (hot water, air conditioning, wifi, fridge, tv, etc.) At the local supermarket located at the 1st floor (ground floor) of the building, you can buy garbage bags, soap, napkins, salt, sugar and other stuff. Since it's near the beach, restaurants and small amusement park, it's quite noisy at night, with loud music until 12-1am. Better to be outside and catch the vibe. The building in which is located the apartment, is quite old and neglected from exterior. However, the inside is ok. Also most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The taxi is cheap if using Bolt app. The building has elevators, and we had a bad experience with the smaller one when the lights turned off inside and it stopped. Using the phone's flashlight, we found the cancel button on the panel and it helped to open the doors of the elevator. We didn't encounter the same issue with the larger elevator.

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.
