Seo was a great host. She was helpful and gave us clear instructions. Her recommendations also provided us enjoy the city. The apartment was clean and had a great view. I highly recommend her apartment and I definitely stay if I visit again.

Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

We liked that the apartment was spacious and clean, fully corresponds to the photos you see, after a good renovation. Very nice location next to the park and a few minutes to the sea. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really good, it's very convinient for long stay, there is everything you need. Apartment has spacious space. It's not far away from sea, 5-10 minutes of walk. There are groceries and caffes. The hosts are very nice and responsive. I was not lucky with the weather, it was very cold comparible for this region (+1..+3) and there was snowfall (extremely unusal), therefore it was cold in apartment, eapecially in bedroom and toilet. In usual winter weather for Batumi, it should be pretty comfortable. There is no elvators in the building, it could be a problem for aged and people with disability.

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

Comfortable place for stay with kids and big family. In the house you will fined everything for comfortable stay and cooking. The host is very responsive.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

We (family of four) spent a week at Natali's place and very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is very comfortable, fully equipped - and a short walk to the beach, while also close to the city centre. Natali is a very friendly host (thanks for the sweets, fruit and wine) who made sure we felt very welcome. Extra points for the kittens in the yard!

We rented this house for only 3 days, but we were completely delighted! Gated, very green area. With a grill, gazebo, swing. Lovely home, with everything you need. The house is a bit remote, so the property is very quiet. Great, uncrowded beach in 10 minutes. Highly recommended! Even during the season, we felt comfortable and private.

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right across from the beach, and surrounded by tall pines. We loved the outside patio surrounded by lawn and plants. Mamuka responds right away to any questions or requests. Beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room, if needed. The cottage is one level, but there are 3 steps to get in, in case you have any elderly people. The village has 2 restaurants, in nearby hotels - both are a few steps away and have excellent menu and great wine. There is a little grocery store 5 min walk away that has all basic things. We did not have a car and made do with that - it worked well for the week. There is also a Dendrological park ~ 30 min walk away, we really liked it. The beach was not crowded at all, clean and very gentle sloping sandy shore. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Mamuka!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Thank you Marina for the hospitality. Stayed with my wife for two weeks. A great bright studio with a new renovation. The apartment is suitable for short term stay and vacation. Great view of the sea. There is everything you need. Nearby is the sea, fitness, restaurants, supermarkets. There is no noise from the street thanks to the high floor and good windows. One of the downsides. This is the new house and many neighbors are doing repairs. Typically, noise starts closer to 9am and may continue intermittently until midnight. There were a few days when one of the neighbors decided to do the furniture in the middle of the night, but not for long.

Great place and nice location. All instructions given were clear. Easy check in/out, the host always responds quick to any questions. I highly recommend it for the future guests.

We had organized a family meeting, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with an infant. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The accommodation is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants that can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.
