La Concha Bay Lavish Regal Suite with Bay Views

La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Situado bajo los arcos de la animada Plaza de la Constitución, epicentro de numerosos eventos y donde disfrutar de sus terrazas, en un precioso edificio histórico. Podréis callejear por "lo Viejo", recorrer el bello Paseo Nuevo, conocer nuestro bonito puerto, perderos entre las numerosas barras de pintxos y acceder en escasos 5 minutos a pie de las dos principales playas (La Concha y La Zurriola).

LOFT in the best área of DONOSTIA

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.

Downtown, new & bright penthouse, terrace & views

The new “Downtown” apartment it´s been thoroughly designed and decorated in detail in order to offer to our guests a place of comfort and relaxation. Its south-facing position makes the apartment really bright and warm and its terrace provides a wide view of the city and surroundings, as it is seen in the photos. If you guys need Parking let us know and we will give you the best options.

WE ARE BACK! El Apartamento Boulevard hará de tu estancia algo inolvidable. Situado en un lugar inmejorable, frente a la parte vieja y la playa de La Concha, en pleno boulevard Donostiarra. No necesitarás ni un solo medio de transporte, todo está a mano. En la construcción del edificio se han utilizado materiales y equipamientos de 1era línea y está dotado de todo tipo de comodidades.

CAMA GRANDE +1 SOFA CAMA. Lujoso apartamento con vistas espectaculares.Reformado en 2018. Planta 1 con 23 escaleras. No hay ascensor.A 3 minutos de la playa de Ondarreta. Ubicado en el antiguo, hay alrededor todo tipo de comercios, bares(pintxos) y restaurantes. 1 habitación con cama de matrimonio, una cama de 90cm en el salón y 1 baño.
