Located in a quiet area, surrounded by flora and fauna, 500 m from the beach (10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provides good thermal insulation and a unique warmth to the interior. An oasis in Boca del Rosario with access to the river and its own dock for sports activities (including kayaks) and fishing. We also have animals such as horses and sheep. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Spacious living room, with bar, dining room and daily dining room and large full kitchen. Also a large gallery with a barbecue, lots of green space and a field pond for bathing. As mentioned above, the field has access to the Rosario River with a dock and ramp to lower boats.
