The apartment is impeccable. It's as pictured in the ad. It was all spotless, clean and with attention details (some kitchen and bathroom items) that these apartments don't usually have. Adriana is extremely friendly and responds very quickly.

The host is excellent, what I didn't really like was the GreenPark reception treatment. As a Uruguayan that I am, we must greatly improve the friendliness in the services sector, urgent.

Really the place is a 10, Alejandro and his wife are always attentive to concerns and totally resolute. Surely when I come back to tip of the east, it will be with them, by the dpto, their comforts, their location and the service. Thank you!!!

Beautiful place. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Everything works great, lots of light. You can cook everything. Ismael very attentive if we needed anything. Very friendly. We had a great time. We went with my teenage daughters and took a lot of activities to do. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is wonderful, extremely comfortable (we were 3 adults) and decorated with exquisite taste. It contains all the necessary equipment for everyday living, even books and magazines are available. The location is great. Graciela is very attentive, cordial and extremely pleasant, she always asked us if everything was okay. We were greeted by Lorena, very friendly and helpful with everything. A pleasure to deal with both of them. Graciela is a superhost. In addition to the apartment's amenities, the building has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, play room, sauna, gym and beach service. Happy to have found Graciela's apartment!!!!

The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

The apartment was spotless; the construction is new and made with first quality materials. The location is excellent, close to everything. Walking about 15 minutes you reach supermarkets, stores and very good restaurants. It is a few meters from the beach; simply crossing Williman Avenue you arrive. The apartment has everything you need to spend a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or preparing breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, and the double window prevents noises coming from outside. The internet speed is excellent. The TV allows you to tune in several channels thanks to access via YouTube. A separate mention deserves the spacious and comfortable balcony with views of the Mansa beach and the city. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. William's apartment is highly recommended.

Fernando was a very attentive host and always willing to help. We spent 4 amazing weeks in her apartment, which felt like our home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the building was very clean and there was 24/7 reception service. We would definitely come back! One of the best stays I had. In my case, I work remotely and I was able to take a lot of the coworking space and common areas, which perfectly complement the private apartment. Every detail is designed to make the experience comfortable and functional. The location is 10/10, ideal both for those who come to work and for those who want to enjoy Montevideo. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and has all the amenities of the publication. It is very well located, especially for those who go to La Patria Gaucha. The property is very good but, without a doubt, its differential are Andrés y Mariana, their hosts. They are very friendly and were always on the lookout.

I had a wonderful time at Valeria's Airbnb! Valeria is a great hostess who makes you feel at home from the beginning with her super fast and uncomplicated communication. She knows a lot of cool and local places. The room is cozy, large and bright, there is even direct access to a small private courtyard. It is quiet and the bed is super comfortable! The location is great: You can easily explore the city on foot, and there are several bus connections nearby. The neighborhood itself is creative, with lots of cool street art, small cafes, bars and restaurants, all of which are fluent. An absolute recommendation – thank you for the wonderful time in your home and your flexibility with check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back!
