This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. The living room offers a lounge and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is comfortable. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed. Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
