Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach.
