We paid 1,750$ CAD for five nights and it was definitely not worth it.We had the following problems with the accommodation:

- When we used the buzzer to enter the code the landlord gave us but it didn't work.
We kept trying to contact the landlord, but she kept saying that I didn't use the buzzer correctly and couldn't enter the lobby and elevator.
In fact, the date landlord gave was wrong !!!!!!! We and my 2-years old baby had to stand in the cold for half an hour for waiting and the landlord didn't even apologize !!!!!

- urine stains on the toilet seat.

- The bed has been deformed and dented by sleeping, and after taking off the pillowcase, it is full of yellow dirt. It is so disgusting and I have taken pictures.

- The sofa was broken and corners were extremely dirty full of odor. and apartment noises.

-Some kitchen utensils are broken

-The landlord also said that she would charge us for the movie. In fact, we did not watch any movies at all.

Ovey was an amazing host to us. She was very kind, friendly, respectful, patient, responsive, informative, etc! Everything was clean and tidy and the amenities supplied were very useful as well. I felt very secure in the building and the instructions given were very clear. The location was great and close to transit, restaurants, and activities all in walkable distance too. Great experience all around - I would recommend her place to anyone and I hope to be back soon!

Obeys apartment was perfect for my work/ leisure trip. We felt right at home in her cosy apartment which was super comfortable, clean, and a great location to get to where we wanted to go. Having access to the gym, pool and sauna was an added bonus!
Ovey is super friendly and would regularly check in with us to ensure our stay in her apartment was nothing from perfect.
We struggled a little with learning how to use some of the appliances which can happen from country to country but Ovey was always on hand to help explain.

Clean and cozy with a great location near Gas Town. Also very walkable to downtown and the subway. Ovey is also very prompt with responses. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Vancouver.
