This apartment has all of the amenities you would expect in a home, and is walking distance to all of the important sites in Bilbao. There is a supermarket in the adjacent building, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It also has a large parking space; we had a 7-passenger van that fit easily in their private space within the garage beneath the building.
