We loved staying at Heavenly Pines! The cabin was very clean, the management company was extremely communicative and helpful. The kitchen was completely stocked & even had utensils for the kiddos. We will definitely be renting again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean, living up to the pictures and description entirely. We especially appreciated the spacious bedrooms and living areas, which provided ample room for two small families (including our energetic young children!) to relax and have fun. The jacuzzi was an amazing bonus! The location is unbeatable—so close to downtown Helen, making it easy to access all the local restaurants and attractions. We would certainly come back again!

First know that you are dealing with a rental company, not an individual.

After paying a non-refundable deposit, I was contacted by the company to get my personal email address, through which they communicated with me thereafter.

The listing does mention a rental agreement, but they don't tell you until after you pay the non-refundable deposit that there is a SEVENTEEN PAGE rental agreement with 35 places to sign or initial.

They also asked for my PERSONAL DRIVERS LICENSE number, DATE OF BIRTH, home address, and phone number.

After paying for the rental in full, I got at least 2 more emails showing I owed a balance. (In small print, it said to ignore the balance if I had paid on AirBnB.)

The place was close to town, but behind a mini-mall. There was a strong smell of raw sewage that came and went, but only in the living area. The walls were thin in this townhouse, and we could hear the neighbors both above and behind us coming and going.

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for 6 adults. The kitchen had everything we could need and more—plus, the items were of good quality. The hosts were warm, friendly, and responsive. The location is perfect for touring the local towns, hiking trails, and wineries.
