This stay was perfect for our family vacation.

Great for a family on a budget. Unit is a bit dated, needs maintenance and the kitchen needs to be properly equipped. They are not ready for longer stays or people that plan on cooking.

The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be fully replaced. The doors were squeaking and wouldn’t stay open, we had to lub them. Everything is uneven, starting from the washer / dryer where I hit my head twice due to the door not staying open, to the fridge doors that would close by themselves.

The balcony needs a proper cleaning, the couch needs to be replaced. The bar stools are ripped, the pans are scratched to oblivion and caked with layers of grease.

The mattress in the main room has a hole in the shape of a body, so good luck sleeping in there. The smaller room stinks of old carpet. The fixtures in the main bathroom are falling apart.

If your standards are not that high, it’s a great place to use as a base after a day at the park. If you’ll be spending time in there, look elsewhere.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this house to my friends and family.

We were doing Disney World for our twin boys double digit birthday. We had booked two rentals prior to changing to this property. It was the best decision. Insight responded to every question we had prior to arrival promptly. They were happy to accommodate our request for early check in the day of with no issue. The property was amazing, clean and much larger than we expected. They rushed to get our pool heated without issue. Everyone was professional and most import friendly. Will be booking again soon for our trip next year. 10/10 across the board!!
