My husband, Pete, and I have four children (three now grown-up and semi-left home) and a cocker spaniel and live in the wonderful village of North Marston next door to the cottage that we rent out. We love the rural location but also the social aspects of living in a village with a great pub, shop, other village amenities and walks on the doorstep.

Rachel and Pete were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and attentive. The place was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything we needed, including a great TV setup. They shared nice recommendations for nearby walks and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay as long as we had originally planned due to personal reasons, but we truly enjoyed the time we spent there.

We had a lovely week in Rachel’s beautiful cottage.
It’s easy to find , has plenty of parking and North Marston is ideal for exploring the local area
The cottage was spacious , comfortable and extremely clean. There was plenty of storage in the bedroom and the towels and linen were of a good quality.
We loved the original beams and exposed brickwork. A perfect combination of old and new.
We were lucky with the weather for late September and enjoyed using our patio space.
Rachel was extremely helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay there again one day.
