Joyce’s place was cosy and well provided, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the shower was hot. The space was a little cramped, the traffic was noisy at times and we could hear the neighbours easily through the wall. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our needs! Walkable to MOCA.

We appreciated our stay here! It is in the perfect location to explore North Adams and visit Mass MOCA. The space itself is small, but it works very well for 1-2 people over the weekend. It was clean and thoughtfully stocked, clearly managed by people who care that their guests have a positive experience! Our only challenge was parking. Joyce let us know that parking was free after 6 pm and on Sundays, which we really appreciated because the parking policy signage in the area is lacking. There are spaces nearby to park before 6 pm and pay, but they require quarters, and you can only stay in one spot up to two hours. We ended up getting a ticket because we were getting lunch and lost track of time before we were able to return to the Airbnb to move the car to a new spot. There isn't much the host can do to address parking in the area, but I think it is important for visitors to understand. Overall we loved our stay and would happily return to this airbnb.
