We weren't able to make it after all, but our son loved the place, location, and amenities! Very peaceful and restful for him!

Great location! Has everything you need. Easy street parking. Easy walk to bars and restaurants.

Would stay here again.

Jordan’s place was in an interesting mix of busy and quiet - with an Irish bar across the street (we had dinner there one night and lunch as well - plan for happy/vocal soccer and football fans), 21st and 23rd street restaurants and shops walking distance away, and at the same time relatively quiet.

The space itself is up a good flight of stairs, and is nicely open and spacious. One bedroom is on the main floor with the kitchen, living/family room, 1/2 bath; the other bedroom and full bath (separate shower and whirlpool tub) upstairs. As expected, it was a mix of an early 20th century house with modern amenities, in a fun area.

Parking was a bit of challenge, but we were always able to find something within a close walk - plan on paying for parking (the parkingkitty app makes it easy all over Portland) if the electronic permit parking isn’t available.

Jordan and his team were very responsive - an issue had someone onsite quickly to solve it.

This was a beautiful place!! We could tell the home was well maintained and preserved over the years. It was very close to lots of restaurants. Parking was a little difficult but if you don’t have a car it’s perfect!
