The location was nice! Close to the beach and in a quiet area. The house itself was also spacious with four bedrooms and two baths which was more than we needed, but it was nice to have the extra space.

The downside was the cleanliness. On arrival, the floors were dirty and the area rugs were so dingy and stained they were grey and brown instead of grey and white. This was uncomfortable with a toddler crawling around. I let the host know the first day, and while he apologized, nothing was done to address it.

Overall, great location and pet-friendly, but the lack of cleanliness really impacted our stay.

Location was great. Walkable to the beach and the local nature persevere. Peter was responsive and helpful.

The property itself was clean and matched the description, and we appreciated the amenities provided. However, our experience with the host was not very positive. Communication was rude, and at one point we were asked to make a cash payment outside the Airbnb system, which is against Airbnb policy. While we resolved the situation by paying the listed pet fee through Airbnb, the tone and manner in which the situation was handled made us uncomfortable.

Nice quiet neighborhood near the bay. Friendly host. We enjoyed our week!
