Joanne is a proactive, wonderful, and thoughtful host, was very easy to communicate with. The space itself is very clean, really beautiful, and has everything you need to fun relaxing getaway by the lake. Especially loved that the kitchen is also surprisingly very well equipped for any meal you might want to prepare (even from scratch). Definitely recommend and will be coming back myself!

Beautiful location on the lake. Visited end of September and fall colours were georgious. Matched photos and description. Fully equipped kitchen with tons of spices. Comfortable bedrooms and washroom. Nice living area and overall very clean. Some nice trails for hiking in the area and a great little country market nearby for groceries and bread. Host was attentive and responsive. Would recommend!

Joanne and Tony’s place is truly a little slice of sunset heaven. If I could give the cottage 10 stars, I would. If I could give Joanne 100 stars, I would.
The cottage was immaculate, every inch of this cottage was spotless. It was well-stocked with everything you could need, and so thoroughly planned with little pockets by the bedroom light switches with the fan controls and a mini flash light.
When the water levels dropped, Tony moved rocks to insure we would be able to use the dock.
When the power went out, Joanne called immediately and guided us through where supplies were.
The weather may not have cooperated with that provincial wide wind storm, but it didn’t impact our wonderful experience whatsoever. (Also they are installing a generator so don’t hesitate to book this place!!)

The beds were cozy, the shower was luxurious, the view was amazing, the kitchen was stocked, the road was fine (TAKE HER DIRECTIONS!)

I checked in as a guest, and felt like I left as a friend. Thank you
