this was a difficult situation in that I purchased the stay through AirBnB, and I had two problems.
the first was that my wife needed to check in instead of me and the "host" was not helpful, so it required multiple calls to AirBnB to assist and me having to leave work to access my home computer prior to getting on my plane to travel there. this was a huge problem as I was trying to get to airport urgently and my wife was already on a plane en route to a hospital to attend to a family member.
The 2nd problem was the last night of the stay we encountered a loud banging noise coming into our room from the air vent. I told the host about it in the morning and he asked why I didn't tell the hotel.
The overriding problem was that the hotel said they couldn't help me with issues because my stay was purchased through AirBnB and the host couldn't or wouldn't help because he said I had to deal with the hotel. messed up situation and completely avoidable w a bit more transparency

Absolutely loved it! Great location, close to everything! Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Already have another stay booked for this room in December. Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel, perfect location. Friendly staff, wish I could have afforded to stay longer. Definitely recommend it
