The location is great, the street is very quiet and in the surrounding area you can find everything you need to live. The apartment is very cozy and clean. Very good cost-benefit ratio. Very close to the beach. The apartment is brand new and can accommodate the whole family. The underground garage is also a plus, although it's cramped. Contact with the administration is immediate, the keys are ready in 15 minutes.
