Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Utah Beach

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

Very new and clean apartment, there's nothing missing. The Hosts are very nice and respond very quickly to any questions. Had a lovely two weeks.

This apartment has a great location, everything close, even the beach. To my great surprise there was always a parking space free in the street. About the apartment itself I can only be positive... everything is present, perfectly maintained. Apartments like this make it a pleasure to travel!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, well decorated, tidy, and clean. Matches the description and is spacious. I don't recommend to the elderly, young children, or people with disabilities because the stairs are steep. You can park at the parrot parking lot for free 5-10 min walk away. Many activities to do in the area like the City of the Sea, boat rides, great hikes on the coast, ...

Very bright accommodation with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and tidy. Access to Trouville from the apartment which is more on the heights. A nice little walk that allows you to pass by pretty houses. No complaints! Thanks

We had a very good night, very comfortable beds, we spoke well with Florence, friendly and very welcoming host.

Functional and comfortable accommodation, very well equipped, two minutes walk from the aquatic center, supermarket and shops. The outdoor space is not very cozy, visible from the street. Very quiet residence, we slept well (quality bedding). We recommend it!

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

Lovely old fisherman's house, very nicely renovated. Ideal for a few vacation days, great location to enjoy Granville and the coast. The toilet is at the RC and the bedrooms on the second floor, we go down the steps as in a boat, you have to be mobile but otherwise it's perfect! The house is very well equipped and Emmanuelle is really accommodating, responsive and friendly, everything was very easy! Thank you

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't hot enough to take our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outside in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very pleasant

Beautiful apartment, spacious, sunny, with beautiful views of the courtyard and the village. The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Would love to stay again, due to proximity of the lovely beach and other nearby villages worth visiting. The sea views from the house makes you feel relaxed. Also, the beautiful library and expo hall in Deauville incl restaurant is a short stroll away. i thought this place had a very clever layout: lots of (inbuilt) storage and in general a nice flow. Our boys (2 and 9) felt at home while playing on the floor, watched some tv and entertained themselves building a fort with minimal things such as cushions and bedding in the living room and childrens room, while we were preparing for a day out or making dinner. Last but not least, Audrey is the best!

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. We were welcomed and guided with great kindness. As a couple or family, I recommend it will be for you an experience without regret and filled with good memories. We had a lovely stay, the place perfectly matches the photos as well as the description. Communication with Abde is very fluid. Sinath's welcome was perfect. The accommodation is in close proximity to the Marcel Proust promenade, the market and many restaurants, which allows you to do anything on foot. Perfect stay, we are holding the address for an upcoming getaway in Normandy 😊
