Pieter and Robert were very responsive and accommodating hosts. They took the time to welcome us and show us around, and also let us check in early. The loft was clean, comfortable, spacious and well set up with everything we might need, with impressive attention to little things that might not show up on a listing - spices and paper towels in the kitchen, detergent and softener for the washing machine, slippers, toiletries, etc. The complimentary stroopwafels and drinks were also appreciated! It's clear that this is an AirBnB designed with the comfort and needs of guests in mind, and we had a great stay.

My husband and I spent a week at Catharina’s loft together, and then I stayed on for a further week on my own. Honestly, one of our best air bnb experiences. The house is an easy ten minute walk from Overecht station, which is one stop from Utrecht Centraal. We just adored the neighborhood - it’s very green and picturesque. There’s a little church with a pond a few minutes away, canals, and a huge park in the other direction. There’s a great organic cafe and supermarket about 1km away. We loved just wandering around. The loft had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Catharina was a warm and gracious host, and gave us lots of great recommendations.

A charming little nest at the “foot” of Utrecht’s old town. This attic apartment offers a stunning view of the Stadsbuitengracht – the canal that wraps around the old town. The window above the head of the bed opens up to an incredible view, and in the summer, it’s hard to imagine a better spot for a true slow morning. There’s a spacious terrace with seating for 5–6 people, and a large couch in front of the TV. Truly a wonderful place for a getaway to Utrecht. Highly recommended.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Steven’s beautiful waterfront studio and it exceeded all expectations. The space is incredibly serene and made for the perfect mini-escape from my travels in Amsterdam. It was a lovely spot to work from, just peaceful, inspiring, and super comfy. Steven is a truly wonderful host, welcoming from start to finish. I felt right at home. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly, highly recommend!

What a super cool spot! This loft had it all...everything we needed and very conveniently located in the heart of Amersfoort. Merijn and Milou were quick to respond, available when we needed, and pleasant to interact with. One of the best things was the view of the OLV tower from the skylight. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful time in the apartment! The area is calm and peaceful, yet very close to the central station and city center of Amersfoort. I slept wonderfully and cooked a few nourishing meals in the kitchen that has all you need. I loved the view through the windows and the little balcony from which I could enjoy the sun. Grateful for a wonderful, relaxing stay and I would surely come back!

Excellent stay in Breukelen in a quality, natural and peaceful environment. The proximity to the train station, easy to reach on foot, is a real plus for visiting Amsterdam, Utrecht and the Dutch cities well served from Breukelen. You will be hosted very well by Toby and Adrian. Recommended!

Everything was perfect 🥰 All facilities are included. Very nice decorated and luxurious. Location is very good, with beautiful surroundings and good restaurants. May be one small disadvantage: The accommodation has only one Bathroom in the living floor (not in the bedrooms floor) which is not easily accessible at night and too less for 6 people. Long story short, I recommend it and we had a lovely stay!

Host is very friendly and helpful. He even picked me up once from the bus stand as I missed my last bus going back from work otherwise I had to walk for more than hour. Definitely would recommend it to others.
