Nicky was incredibly hospitable and kind. He gave local restaurant suggestions and gave us a lovely tour of where would be staying. The place was pristine, and creatively decorated. There was a fridge stocked with snacks and drinks that were each fairly priced and convenient. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and this was definitely a highlight. Would absolutely stay here again!

A cozy place where you feel right at home! Wonderfully quiet area. We enjoyed in the evening on the veranda where you can spend a good time. Birds whistling, the fun cat that walks by. And from this location you can go anywhere! Highly recommended to spend a vacation here!

Very friendly welcome by the likeable host himself. The apartment is very spacious and we immediately felt comfortable. Quiet suburban environment, bus stops and supermarket in a shopping center are around the corner. By bus you are inclusive of footpaths in 30 minutes in the city center. A big park is close too. The surroundings are also ideal for walking with a dog. I could also imagine staying there longer. For perfectionists who are bothered by a jamming closet door, for example, I would rather not recommend the apartment.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The property exudes a nice ambiance and you feel right at home. Everything was prepared so that you could immediately enjoy the holiday to the fullest. i was only there for a few days but was very satisfied. In the evening it can get a little cold apart from that everything was great and I can only recommend the place.

Very nice communication! The host was not there during our stay but was easily reachable for us. It was a bit cold (in winter) but there was a heater fan that helped well. The room was therefore also very cozy! Parking nearby was very easy.

Wonderful stay in Utrecht in this very nice townhouse. The backyard is cute and enjoyable, as well as the entire place. The kind gestures and flexibility of Inez also contributed to our great weekend.
