The room is located on the 4th floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. There is parking for one car. You can also use it for long-term stays for business, etc. Group guests are limited to 4 people. If you are staying with your family, we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please ask me. Please be mindful of not having loud conversations or making vibrations late at night. We receive guests and hand over the keys in person. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
