The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

The guest house at Östregården

Mellan hav och ängar ligger gästhuset på Östregården, fridfullt med naturen som närmsta granne. Trots det enskilda läget är det promenadavstånd till matbutik, busshållplats, pizzeria, restaurang och bad i pittoreska Torhamn. Huset är fristående och ligger i anslutning till gården. Huset har egen privat ingång. På övervåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (160 cm), kök och vardagsrum. På nedervåningen finns WC och sovrum med dubbelsäng. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Städning ingår inte.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bath room with shower and incineration toilet. The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

The cottage is a very charming accommodation that has retained its features from old times. For a wonderful and quiet stay in the countryside with beautiful nature nearby, but still close (3 km) to all the amenities of the village, Jämjö. Close to swimming in the sea and lake. There are lovely paths for walking in the beech forest just outside. Blekinge bike path passes by the property. A couple of bicycles are available for rent.
