It offers a swimming pool, wildlife viewing area, an incredible outdoor covered space, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

Enjoy the amazing views from this condo from the porch or while lounging by the resort-style pool! Located only 1 mile away from the Frio River & owned by Neal’s Lodges which gives you and your guests exclusive river access at Neal’s! All condos are furnished with basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils. You will need to bring your own sheets/towels. There are picnic tables & BBQ Pits spread throughout the property that can be used by guests. Sleeps 6. 2 Bed/2 Bath. **No pets allowed

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

This property is located on the beautiful Frio River in Concan, Texas at Magers river Crossing. This part of the river is a hot spot for tubing, kayaking or just relaxing in the river. It is a spacious house with open kitchen and living area. The porch has beautiful views of the Mountains to the west. In the evenings and mornings you can watch the wildlife around the property. There is 800' of private river access along with a pool for all of our guests to enjoy.
