Apartments Stachy - Apartment Churáňov

The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

Three houses - Pear

Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Country cottage with natural garden

The cottage is both a quiet place for families with children and a romantic stay for couples. Cyclists and hikers will find facilities for their trips here. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest or for concentrated creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of well-being, sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, the smell of grass and flowers.

Apartment 17 Zadov for active guests

Apartment in the heart of Šumava in the village of Zadov / Stachy. Fully equipped for three adults (or 2 adults and two children). Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling in beautiful nature. Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

The cottage is located in a quieter foothill, but central Šumava is really close - within driving distance. In addition to the local landscape, you can also explore the surroundings of Kvilda, Železná Ruda, neighboring Germany, etc. We will be happy to provide you with tips on where to go. :-)

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Cottage U Krešů, Kůsov 467, Stachy, Šumava

Rent a cottage in the Bohemian Forest, two kilometers from the ski area Zadov. Beds are divided into 3 apartments, two apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, the third apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a covered terrace, a large garden with its own forest, covered parking for 3 cars, bicycle and ski storage, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.
