The host was flexible with check in. We had communicated when the flight would arrive. Then she adapted to it. Good communications with messages. Walking distance to the city. Close to bus station. Close to bakery where you can buy fresh bread . The house has a practical courtyard so you can let out toddlers there. Friendly welcoming, pleasant accommodation.

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

We had a great time at this place in a great location, with simply beautiful views! The sunsets were awesome. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly suited to feel at home. A big thank you to Isabella for her warm welcome and valuable advice throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. Our group of 4 had the most wonderful experience. From the moment that you begin to ascend the mountain to the villa you are surrounded by the rolling hills of Tuscany lined with cypress trees and vineyards. The host is so kind, gave wonderful recommendations for places to go (even making reservations), and joined us for a meal. Our group had such an amazing experience we want to make visiting the villa a yearly experience. We cannot thank Gary enough for everything that he did!

It was very great with Giovanni. He showed us everything about the possibilities that exist in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax wonderfully there and of course swim. The complex is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there superbly with our 15-month-old child. In addition, Giovanni brought many great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc.) Monika was also super sweet and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Silvia's place. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to discover Tuscany. We had an issue with the fridge. Silvia and her husband were very responsive. We were lucky enough to discover Silvia's family via a cooking class in her parents' agroturismo. We loved it! The space was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool with the heat. Volterra is 10 minutes away by car. And the landscapes are beautiful.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

We had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view was amazing. The place was spacious and stocked up with everything you would need. There was fresh fruit, breakfast items, and coffee enough for the whole stay and more. I forgot my charger converter and Leonardo brought us one so we never lost power. 10/10

⸻ Perfect stay! The house is really super tidy, with attention to detail, small but with everything you need: comfortable, cozy and with all the comforts. They also made us find a breakfast kit that was a very welcome surprise! The hosts were exceptional: super attentive, helpful, and kind. They guided us step by step on how to access the house. At the end of the stay we left the keys to the father, a really exquisite and friendly person, he made us feel at home. A very positive experience, highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

A small peaceful oasis in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The cottage is a small studio located in a basement equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and hospitable. There is even a beautiful pig inside an enclosure that wags its tail at the sight of people. Super recommended We will definitely be back and we will also return to the Castiglione della Pescaia area because we still have so much to visit.

We had a lovely stay at Elisabetta's who welcomed us very well with her husband and son, and an excellent pie!! Great location to crisscross Tuscany.
