The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos, it had all the amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it, Giorgia was always attentive and very kind. We love the welcome touch. We hope to go back!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

We had a very nice stay at Stefania’s place. She is super friendly and helpful! The place was very nice and clean. Perfect for 3 people :)

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Also, the hosts were very helpful giving us lot of information about the surroundings. We had a bit of a trouble finding a place to have lunch.on a public holoday, but Fabiana called several restaurants to helped us book a wonderful restaurant near by the beach! The stay at the apartment was more than pleasant. We would love to come back again in the summer!🌞🏖️

I travel a lot for both business and leisure, but I rarely felt so at home as in the 4 days spent by Andrea. The house is simply wonderful, cared for in every detail, welcoming and with a soul. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I've ever visited! But what makes the stay really special is Andrea himself: proactive, helpful, attentive... you clearly feel that he loves what he does. Genuine and warm hospitality that leaves your mark. In every room you can breathe quality: the mattress was very comfortable (I slept like a fairytale!), the very spacious bathroom with a really spacious and relaxing shower. The TV in both the bedroom and the living room is also a plus, it's not for everyone! Top experience, absolutely recommended.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Lorenzo’s place. We were a party of four adults and a baby. Lorenzo was very accommodating in organising a cot and highchair. The bedrooms are spacious and having the upper deck off them was great, opening the curtains in the morning to that view is a fantastic way to start the day. The garden is lovely, and we enjoyed visits from Lorenzo’s cats, although they did not come into the house. We walked into the town most days, it is a pleasant walk, even pushing a stroller. Everyone we met was very friendly, San Miniato has all the charm of a hilltop town without hordes of visitors. We had some great meals, Lorenzo had left a book of local information, including recommendations for restaurants, which we made good use of. We could have stayed longer, and will do so if we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Lorenzo.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Elisa's place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and silence. The spaces are comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Elisa was always ready to answer our questions and give us advice, Irina and Gianni, Elisa's parents who live next door, are two wonderful people, helpful and kind. Surely if we go back to the area, we'll come back here! Thanks for everything :)

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Mario, Sabrina's son, met us at the front door and was extremely helpful and communicative during our stay. He did a great job of making sure we had all the information we needed regarding the apartment. The flat was very spacious and a good value for the size. It was clean and well appointed. The building was secure and very close to the train station (1 minute walk to the platform). We utilized the train daily so this was important to us. There is a great pizzeria across the street, a coffee shop on the corner and a gelateria behind the hotel close by. We had a great time exploring Firenze and Tuscany from Sabrina's!
