Gorgeous flat! Perfect to explore Brixen & surrounding area. Set in "old town wall" surrounding historic center, this open plan apartment has colorful walls & furniture, and a sunny balcony! A fabulous gym (Aquarena) with sauna / pools is nearby. Quiet street (no cars) and views of the dome and mountains. A balcony full of flowers in summer! We live in the flat above and love the area! (P.S. there's a small crack in the window pane on the balcony. Just wanted to point out it's already there.)

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corridor. The apartment faces south and west and has a balcony and a spacious terrace. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before hiding in the mill under the cozy ceiling.
