Vacation rentals with a sauna in Val-de-Marne

What a great apartment! It’s got everything you need inside and is very well positioned with lots of shops, restaurants and transport links on the doorstep. Nathanel was a great and flexible host. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was a fabulous way to end a “hard” day of sightseeing! Definitely a place we will recommend to both friends and family.

This was my second stay at Bérenger's home and it was fantastic once again. It is a beautiful loft located in a wonderful part of Paris. Light filled, clean, with incredible attention to detail, it is one of the best AirBNB stays I've ever experienced. And the sauna at the end of a long day of walking is priceless. As a host, Bérenger is very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend a stay at his home if you are visiting Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Very good experience, excellent communication and explanations regarding the access to accommodation and use of the hot tub and sauna, they thought of everything, if I should mention a downside it would be that there was a lack of shower gel and shampoo available. Experience to renew. Thank you.

Gaspar was a great host! He was very responsive to any of our questions! The place was great for our family of 5, with 3 kids under the age of 10. Gaspar went above and beyond to make sure our kids had things to do while we were at his place. The view from both sets of balconies was awesome! The sauna was just the icing on the cake, after a long day of exploring Paris in the winter it was great to come back and sit in the sauna to warm up! When we go back to Paris we will stay there again! Thanks for being such a great host!

We had an amazing few days, any questions we had were answered right away. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and allowed us to put our bags inside. Made sure we had what was needed. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

This place was unbelievable! We stayed here as a group of mates in Paris to watch the football. Was 10 of us very spacious and was close to everything! I would definitely recommend staying here The hot tub and sauna was a nice touch in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very helpful and responsive

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Dominique is very friendly and helpful! The village gave me good tips on where to eat in the area and struggled to make me comfortable. Beyond the apartment is just a few minutes from the center of Paris. However, I think it lacked more whim at the time of cleaning, the kitchen and bathroom were disorganized. However, in general I had a good experience

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

Very quietly located luxury private stay, with sauna and jaccuzi, to relax after a day in Paris or Disneyland. The bakery is on the corner, so you can get fresh breakfast every morning. To reach Paris by 15 min by car via Mitry Clay station and then 30 min RER train with day pass a 12 Euro was fine. That pass can then be used everywhere in public transport all day long, so with Google Maps everything can be found like this.

A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

Disneyland trip. Perfect location with everything needed in close proximity. The house was perfect with everything needed for a big family with multiple children. 40-50 min with car to Paris central. We stayed in the house a lot because it was so comfortable. Very modern. Pictures % compared to reality. Host was available and very responsive. Next Disneyland trip would definitely use the same stay. 5+ ⭐

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all parking spaces on the surrounding streets are paid. However, beware of maneuvers if you have an imposing vehicle: the street is narrow, one way, with cars parked. But taking your time, it's still doable, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.
