Vacation rentals with a balcony in Val-de-Marne

A very clean & quiet apartment on a convenient location. A few mins walk from the orlybus stop and various subway lines. Many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Need to take a few steps of stairs before getting into and out of the elevators. There are two showers with only one toilet on the third bathroom. The host is very responsive and worked with us as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, the price is reasonable, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. The host was always available when needed and handled any questions or issues quickly and positively. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in Paris!

We stayed in this apartment in 4 (family with two boys) and the vacation was really pleasant. The home perfectly reflected the photos: well furnished, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. Each room was tastefully cared for, from relaxing colors to decorations that made the atmosphere warm and familiar. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen complete with everything you could need. Also great location, with a supermarket right below the house, very well-stocked and convenient. The only downside was the cleanliness when we arrived: we found garbage in the bins, dirty in the freezer and a little around the house. A detail that has outdated with the overall quality of the apartment (I understand that there may be some oversight, especially in quick changes). Careful attention to cleanliness would have been perfect. We still recommend this house to those looking for a beautiful and functional place, but we hope for more care in preparing before guests enter

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

PERFECTION! This gorgeous Paris apartment in the 5th district made our week-long stay feel special and authentic. The apartment is bright, cheery, spacious, modern and VERY comfortable. There are a ton of neighborhood restaurants nearby, making you feel like a local. Everything inside is brand new and high end. We slept extremely well - both beds were luxurious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The water pressure in the shower was my favorite feature! A true gift to have a strong shower in Paris, in a spotless bathroom. Having laundry in the kitchen was a game changer. We packed less, and therefore bought more as we had all that extra room in the suitcase. My daughter is now hooked on Nespresso in the morning, too. The space is very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, and we absolutely hated to leave! We will be back, and I hope this unit will be available for us again. I suspect once word gets out, it will book up fast!
