We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Chalet Fleckner - Alpine hut at Jaufenpass

Detached chalet in the middle of the fascinating South Tyrolean mountains at 2100 m above sea level near the Jaufen Pass (Passo Giovo). Wide view over the entire Passeiertal on untouched herb meadows in relaxing tranquility. In winter, guests have direct access to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. Skis can be put on in front of the cabin and the fun on the slopes can start immediately! Alternatively, extended winter hiking or ski tours can be undertaken in the deep snow.

Vacation home Innerwalten 100

The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

Specially designed – like South Tyrolean nature. Lots of silver quartzite from the Pfitschtal (unique in the world) and with very calming qualities and lots of wood. And luxury is in the foreground. The chalet offers two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a large living room with kitchen, a beautiful terrace overlooking the forest and a private Jacuzzi. A Finnish sauna, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing lawn are also available for shared use.

We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Adult Only Wasserfall Tschorn" is situated in Fundres/Pfunders. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
