The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Carmen was super kind, she welcomed us as if we were family, she even gave us the eggs of her chickens and made us find everything we needed for breakfast. The house is very large with a very well-heated stube and has all the appliances. Absolutely positive experience, thank you Carmen!

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I don’t even know where to start—this stay was absolutely wonderful. First, a huge thank you to Alberto, who hosted us remotely. He was incredibly clear, helpful, and proactive throughout our entire stay. Communication was seamless, and everything was laid out in a very organized way, which made our experience smooth from the beginning. A special thanks also to his father, Vanni, who lives just one floor below and is always available if you need anything. He was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The house itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. The views are breathtaking; waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream. Everything from the layout to the little touches inside the home felt thoughtful and intentional. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you’re looking for peace and quiet, incredible views, or warm hospitality, this stay truly delivers.

As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!
