Objects have been bargain hunted and unearthed. My passion is to be able to "revive" these forgotten objects. A little journey back in time...

Located a few steps from the edge of the layon, this fully equipped house will be ideal regardless of the type of your stay. Our house, renovated in 2023, is perfectly located between Angers and Cholet. You will be close to all shops: bakery, convenience store, delicatessen. There is also a doctor and an osteopath a few meters away.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training location. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century water mill). You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.
