Granges-Dessus, a pied-à-terre conducive to rest

On the Laveron plateau, at an altitude of about 1000 m, in our small hamlet of Granges-Dessus, come and discover our cottage "Au Bois Joli", designed for lovers of calm and nature. The region offers many activities, both sporting and cultural, such as hiking and mountain biking (from the cottage), tree climbing, swimming, sailing, canoeing (20 km) Château de Joux, bell foundry, cheese factories... The proximity to Switzerland (30 km) will take you to other horizons.

Chalet "La Cabane"

Small cottage by a private pond ideal for couples with or without children in which you can have a good time and fish (free because of the many water lilies in the flowering period). On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 double sofa bed. Outside, a beautiful terrace with a large table, a heating umbrella and a barbecue.

Our cottage "Chez Violette" is very close to Lake Saint-Point that we dominate. You will appreciate it for its brightness and tranquility. This small cottage with mezzanine is good for couples. Quality sleeping is in the mezzanine where the ceiling height is reduced. Otherwise there is a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation opens onto a private terrace facing the lake. Possibility to provide an EV charging station, a bike shelter or a canoe ...

For example, you can discover: - Loue Valley, Ornans and the Courbet Museum, - Haut-Doubs (Pontarlier, Château de Joux, fruit farms in Comté...) - neighboring Switzerland - Besançon (capital of microtechnology and Vauban city). Possibility of swimming in Lake Malbuisson and beautiful hikes on foot or by bike from the house. We'll share local recommendations with you. Our small apartment that can accommodate 4 people, is located on the ground floor of our chalet, it is totally independent, facing south. Its location and unique view of the Doubs will allow you to spend a peaceful stay, quiet and close to nature. Its location is ideal for visiting the Haut-Doubs region and the Jura mountain. It is located close to ski resorts, lakes and all amenities. Sporty or relaxing holidays... It's up to you!
