Nature stay close to the village. Quiet, unobstructed view of the Haute Vallée de la Vésubie, large garden. Mountain center, Nordic skiing (Boréon and Loup Alpha Park), hiking in the Mercantour National Park, downhill skiing (La Colmiane). A 5-minute walk from Vésubia Mountain Park!All shops are a 5-minute walk from the property. Very easy parking: private in the property or in the adjoining parking spaces. Possibility of having lunch in the garden.

Studio with slope view, fully equipped and located at La Colmiane ski resort. It can accommodate 4 people with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is plenty of storage available at the entrance and in the living area. We have equipped the studio to the maximum so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with a disabled space.

Our house is located under the medieval village square and is accessed via a 200 m pedestrian path with a drop

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
