Frente a la propiedad se encuentras el Supermercados Gavilán y hay varios Food Truck en la avenida. Estacionamiento gratuito. Cabaña cuenta con tres ambientes. Nuestra cabaña Valdivia está cercana a nuestra terraza. Somos una familia que desea que nuestros huéspedes pasen una excelente estadía y se sientan como en casa.

Beautiful Loft, inserted in a rustic atmosphere with a nice view of the Valdivia River. It has thermopanel windows, is very bright and has a modern structure. Pellet heating, security camera, cable TV, excellent Internet, Smart TV, electronic ignition water heater, grill etc. *Before check-in, the Loft is subjected to sterilization and disinfection by the use of an ultraviolet (UVC) lamp and with ozone, which allows reaching every corner of the place destroying viruses and bacteria.

Cabaña pareada para 4 personas, dos habitaciones, la primera con cama matrimonial, la segunda con dos camas de una plaza (cama nido), 25 mtrs 2 aprox. Ubicadas en un excelente barrio residencial, tranquilo y limpio, cercano a parques, costanera, mercado y salida directa a la costa. Se aceptan mascotas pequeñas, pero deben traer su propia cama, está prohibido ocupar las camas o asientos de la cabaña para uso de mascotas. las mascotas deben estar siempre bajo supervisión.

Spacious cabin located in a quiet neighbourhood, in the backyard of a residential house, close to supermarkets, parks, hospitals, and restaurants, with excellent access to transportation. It has a separate entrance and secure parking is available. It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace surrounded by nature. The cabin has central heating, as well as an electric heater, a double bed, and a sofa bed.

Es un excelente punto de partida para visitar la ciudad. Estamos ubicados en el límite urbano-rural, a 12 minutos del centro de la ciudad ,en vehículo. La locomoción está a 600 metros aproximado, por lo que recomendamos venir en auto. La cabaña está equipada con las comodidades de una vivienda moderna y cuenta con calefacción de combustión lenta. Cada huésped debe llevar sus propias toallas. ¡Te esperamos!

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

Cozy cabin in the heart of Valdivia, in a quiet and noise-free neighborhood. We have private parking at the back of the enclosure, outdoors, with large car space. The cabin has air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and basic utensils, full bathroom and TV with Disney, HBO and Prime. No pets or smoking inside (outside only). Minimum stay: 1 night.

Comfortable tourist cabin, located in the Aguas del Obispo sector, on the Camino a Niebla, with a separate tinaja service. A quiet and natural place, close to several tourist complexes in the area. The tinaja service has an additional cost.
