The accommodation is open-plan, with a double bed, sofa, bathroom and kitchen. The house shares land with another house where I live. Each house has its own entrance.

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

We live surrounded by nature, surrounded by orange groves. 5 minutes by car from Lliria, where there are all the services and the metro to go to Valencia. Valencia city is a 30-minute drive. It is a separate guest cabin, separated from the main house where we live. It has a private bathroom with shower, gas campsite, microwave and fridge. Les moreres is a relaxing space on a 10,000-square-meter almond estate very close to Torrent and fifteen minutes from Valencia, the saler beach and the Albufera beach. With solarium pool.. The owners live in the main house. next to the guest house where guests are staying. totally fenced and independent. Guests or parties are not allowed. No means of public transport arrive with what you can only arrive with your own car.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and countryside setting. Two kilometers from Gandía with its cultural offerings and services, and a five-minute drive from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty-minute drive away, is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is a visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both towns about thirty minutes by car.
