This charming apartment from 1923, built in the style of "modernismo popular" in the hip beach district Cabanyal has been freshly renovated with attention to detail and comfort. It offers space for 6 adults. In 5-10 minute walk to the sea and thanks to public transport super connected with the old town or you can enjoy the view in the green courtyard from the beautiful balcony with hammock. The three rooms upstairs are all light-flooded with mosquito net and shutters. One of the rooms is a walk-through room and one more has a children's room with toys separated by the closet. All rooms include new aircon units. Bed sheets and towels are available upon arrival as is soap, shampoo and shower gel. That's exactly why we ask our guests to observe the quiet time between 2-5 pm.
