I stayed in Christa’s lovely villa in January, partly for cycling and partly to get away from all our building work going on at home. All of the descriptions and photos in the listing are 100% accurate! As I was alone and it was January, I didn’t use many of the villa’s features and obvs not the pool. After cycling each morning I just loved sitting on the balcony, with a coffee in complete peace and quiet…. Oh, and in the sunshine as well! The kitchen is really well equipped with quality appliances and utensils and a full size fridge freezer. The evening got pretty cold so I was inside each night. The pellet burner is excellent…. Easy to use and very easy to hoover out each time. Plus the pellets are easily available to buy in Orba and pretty cheap too. The garden is superb all round the side and the rear. Christa’s villa is on a corner plot so it benefits from a great paved area to the side which is nice and private with 4 Sun loungers. The cycling in the area is excellent.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Fermata bus e tram sotto casa. Spiaggia a 300 metri. Market e negozio alimentari sotto casa. Casa spaziosa con ampie camere e uno spazio esterno. Cucina spaziosa. Appartamento super silenzioso! La casa é appena sistemata. É essenziale ma luminosa e comoda. Host super disponibili ed accoglienti. Attenti e veloci nelle risposte

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! El apartamento está limpio y muy bien equipado. Las camas eran cómodas. En la cocina había pastillas de lavavajillas y muchos pequeños electrodomésticos, no echamos nada en falta. La terraza era grande y con vistas increíbles. El gimnasio de la urbanización una maravilla! Y la piscina la pudimos disfrutar poco al ser abril pero mis hijos se bañaron un par de días! La zona es tranquila pero a 5-10 minutos de restaurantes y cafeterías. 100% recomendable

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Liz und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist super: man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Alles was man gerne sehen möchte ist schnell zu erreichen: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park etc. Wir waren schon oft in Valencia und lieben die Stadt und das Lebensgefühl in Cabanyal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Перебування було чудовим! Квартира чиста, затишна, з якісним ремонтом та якісною побутовою технікою. Має зручну кухню на якій є все необхідне для тривалого перебування. Чиста і охайна ванна кімната. В квартирі достатньо шаф для зберігання одягу та речей. Зручне ліжко, достатньо рушників. Є система кондиціонування і опалення. Це тихе і спокійне місце для приємного відпочинку. Пілі і Пако завжди любʼязні і готові допомогти, за що ми їм дуже вдячні!🤗

Sitio muy agradable para pasar en familia y disfrutar del mar. No es tan turistica como en otras zonas cercanas pero te permite estar sin tanto agobio y es una buena base para visitar la zona. Muy recomendable.

I only have positive comments for this place. the house is amazing: the sauna, the jacuzziz the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also everything for a barbecue. Ideal place for both summer and winter. The village is super nice with a small church and nice people who live there. There is also a playground and a football field. Arturo gave us clear instructions. We will come back for sure! thanks Arturo!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Incredible view of the blue Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful green mountains, fields, and orchards. So very tranquil and relaxing. Very spacious and comfortable. Relaxing patio to sit in the morning sun. Beautiful pool in the back yard. Amazing hosts that answered questions within minutes. So pleased with our decision to stay at Villa Fèlix. 5.5 Stars!

We hebben genoten van de 15 dagen in dit apartment. Alles was aanwezig om er een goede tijd te hebben, binnen én buiten. De wasmachine deed het niet, maar dit wisten wij al toen we gingen boeken. Dit is erg netjes opgelost, ondanks onze eigen keuze om toch te boeken (wij houden van deze lokatie). Absoluut een aanrader en als het kan keren we er graag nog eens terug. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen en de gastvrijheid!. ☆☆☆☆☆.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!
