House vacation rentals in Valentano

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Thank you for the warm welcome and the nice time, it was wonderful with you! I felt very, very comfortable. The accommodation is in a great location, in the middle of the mountains, with an incredibly great view over the valley. It is an almost magical place. The hostess was very warm and her staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The hostess even brought a piece of homemade cake to the pool one day. That was really great. The apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can only feel comfortable in this wonderful place.

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! Very informative and nice communication with the host Alessandra before our trip and a nice and easy welcoming/check out with staff. Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.

We spent New Year's Eve at this wonderful house, in the middle of a garden, with all the necessary comforts. Fabrizio and Saverio are two wonderful and kind hosts as well as very attentive to the needs of the customer. the spa a few kilometers away and the cleanliness of the perfect house are also elements not to be underestimated! We will be back and highly recommend this place!
