Beautiful, newly renovated 1-room apartment in the green north in a quiet villa area with lots of nature. Various shops in a shopping street (10-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants (around the corner) are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn with connection to the main train station (35 min), Friedrichstraße (30 min), Zoological Garden (30 min), BER airport (60 min) is a 10-minute walk. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

4 person apartment in green suroundings

The 4-person apartment is quietly located, close to the Spandauer Forst, which makes the air extraordinarily good. It is incredibly spacious with two king size beds of 1.80 x 2.00 m and two self-contained shower rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There are two large tables and a terrace. The apartment is located in the attic of a private house. A self-check-in is possible.

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.
