La casa è dotata di ogni comfort in quanto Romina possiede l’arte dell’accoglienza: pulizia, ordine e comodità. Si può parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della proprietà nonché usufruire dell’area esterna. Se dovete lavorare la linea Wi-Fi è ottima e prende in tutta la casa. Sicuramente sarà la mia “casa emiliana”.

Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Wir waren zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei Wochen in Pietrasanta. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse. Es war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir gedacht haben. Mit den Fahrrädern war es aber trotzdem gut machbar. Frederico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Elisabetta‘s place is absolutely beautiful and it’s nestled in this amazing Sarzana scenery. It’s not direct in city and that’s why it had this beautiful Italian charm. Loved every bit of it. The co-host Allesandro gave us so many recommendations. He was very proactive and helpful. Elisabetta lives right next door and she is very sweet and helpful. If you have a kid that’s an awesome place. We went there with our 3-year old and it was great. Lots of things to see all around the place.

Tutto perfetto! Pierpaolo è super gentile, la casa pulitissima e con tutte le comodità. Dintorni splendidi. se volete rilassarvi è il posto che fa per voi! È stato tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati molto bene con due bambini piccoli. L'appartamento era davvero ben attrezzato e pulito! Francesca è una host precisa e molto gentile. Abbiamo passato un weekend in montagna molto comodo e ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!
