The apartment is very complete, family atmosphere, everything was very clean and organized. The location is good.

It was the first Airbnb I booked in my life and my experience was super satisfying. The location is close to everything, the super comfortable and beautiful ap, and the people were super receptive and kind to me. 0 problems, I recommend!

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Very good location and well-equipped house. The only problem for those who have a light sleep is noise from the street, because the room of the direct to her and it is a rather busy street.

The kitnet is very cozy, with full kitchen, furniture looking new, has a large bathroom with a good shower. The location is also very good, close to the center with easy access to bars, restaurants and markets. And Samuel (host) always very cordial and helpful, with several touring tips and a good knowledge of the region. I recommend hosting!

great for the price, the house is spacious, there is no privacy because a family lives on the land, so we got a little bit scared when people transitioned. The only real problem was the bathroom, as there is 2 and none of them have a curtain (wetting the entire bathroom after the bath). the house is beautiful and the hosts are great, they try to help with everything, we stayed alone, but it was quiet to ask for uber then served our goal.

Our stay was wonderful, we went to a nearby wedding and the location was perfect, has a big market in 10min by car The house is huge, with super comfortable accommodations and is bigger than in the photos, in addition to having everything we need. Nearly all the rooms had a double bed, accommodating everyone in great comfort. The pool was amazing, it had hydromassage and it was beautiful Patrícia was super solicitous, advanced our check in, helped us find another iron to pass and respond quickly. The house was clean and we were very welcome. Highly recommend!!

I stayed another week at the place and it couldn't be better. Clean bedroom and bathroom, in addition to the host being very nice and making you feel at home. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can leave your car outside without worrying. I'll be back for sure if I need to again.

At first I had some mishaps, but everything was resolved and I was in better installation than the contractor with perks like the owner's frozen and the vip treatment received, both by the owners and the employee Tatiana!
