The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). This apartment is spacious and comfortable and consists of a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The sofa can be converted nto a bed with a luxurious topper. Our house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for unwinding. Walks on marked paths are to be discovered in the area. We are 1 km from Chaudfontaine, 10 km from Liège, 13 km from Herve, 35 km from Spa, 35 km from Maastricht, 45 km from Aachen. The B&B is located next to the house, with a spacious parking lot and consists of a private entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a vanity unit. In the large guest room, in addition to a double bed, there is a TV, a small kitchenette and a dining area. In the extra bedroom, there are two single beds. From the guest room, there is a private entrance to the enclosed garden with its own seating area.

Unser B & B liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Waldrand und lädt ein zum spazieren und Radfahren. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Aachen Köln oder Maastricht sind kein Problem. Viel Aktivitäten und Erlebnisse warten auf euch. Unsere Einrichtung ist individuel gestaltet durch viele stücke die wir mitgenommen haben von unseren Reisen durch Asien. Ein touch Persönlichkeit mit ein wenig Luxus. Lasst euch überraschen.

Chambre dans villa entourée d’arbres.. Endroit très bucolique et reposant. À côté du CHU, Arrêt de la ligne du bus 2 ( pratiquement en face ) 5’ de l’Ulg, et juste en face du parc scientifique ( possibilité de s’y rendre à pied… ) À 10’ du centre de liège 🌳 magnifiques randonnées à découvrir, dans les bois, juste à l’arrière de la villa.. 🥾
