A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, grouse, partridges and wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation. The property is located fifteen minutes from Sella.
