A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Villa Bota was built in 1910 at an altitude of 499m above sea level, located in the middle of the GR-236 route. It has now been restored to accommodate all nature lovers, where they will find calm, tranquility and disconnection. Given the excellent location you can practice different modalities of sports such as MTB, hiking, climbing, caving, etc., or simply enjoying the most beautiful, nature.
