With private jetty for river access, enjoy a swim, kayak, SUP or to tie your boat to. Easy 1.2km walk into the town of Urunga and it's beautiful boardwalk. The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.

You have your own entrance(which faces the ocean and headlands)and is peaceful and quiet. I am only a phone call/text away!

There’s a great cafe, a fab spot to jump in the water or launch a paddle board, BBQs, foreshore walks and tennis courts at the bottom of the street. Swim at Shelley - a top 10 Australian beach. Surf at Main Beach (has life guards). Walk your dog from Swimming Creek Beach to Valla. We have a big TV (with Netflix), table tennis, books, and a hammock. We have lots of adventure tips to share with guests.

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. Private, with a huge deck looking over the river, comfortable, fast broadband, Netflix, leather couches, comfy beds, air-con, books, games, barb q, full kitchen. Januce is about relaxing. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed.
