You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Explore this ideally located townhouse near the Place de la Brèche in Niort. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, cinema, restaurants, post office, Niort Tech, and the bus station at Place de la Brèche, this house combines convenience and comfort. There are currently visible traces of water infiltration on a wall on the third floor. Rest assured, this will not affect your stay. Repairs are planned and the nightly rate has been lowered to compensate.

You also have nearby Île d'Oléron, Ronce des Bains, Royan, Poitiers and Bordeaux. You'll love my place for its location in a quiet area with plenty of choices to occupy your days. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids)
